These are two poster designs developed for in-class assignments. For the Futura poster, the challenging part was to effectively show all the characteristics of the typeface; this information needed to be perceivable in a quick fashion. Ravinia's Music Festival poster encompassed a similar challenge, yet different as it is very graphics heavy. The guidelines for the project involved numerous details- include the "night time" atmosphere, portray the outdoors, festival details (date, day, time, venue, website), etc. This was the first project that required me to be super comprehensive about the details, making it an excellent learning experience.
